About The Role We’re looking for a Web Designer who’s passionate about creating immersive, user-focused
designs that tell our story and drive conversions.
As a Web Designer, you’ll work closely with the Growth & Marketing team to design a responsive,
modern website that aligns with Bloxley’s Brand Guidelines and engages users at every touchpoint.
From immersive- to optimized landing pages, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our website is
visually stunning, user-friendly, and results-driven.
What you’ll be doing
Website Design - Designing a modern, responsive website that reflects the finalized Brand Guideline and targets
the US market.
- Creating immersive pages such as “For You,” “Memberships,” and “Security,” with a focus on
storytelling and engagement.
- Designing landing pages and CTAs optimized for marketing funnels and user acquisition.
Conversion-Focused Design - Partnering with the Growth & Marketing team to ensure designs are tailored to boost conversions.
- Iterating on designs based on performance data, user behavior, and feedback.
Cross-Team Collaboration - Working closely with the Web Developer to bring designs to life, ensuring pixel-perfect
implementation.
- Collaborating with the Design and Growth Strategist to ensure visuals align with Bloxley’s brand
and marketing goals.
Creative Problem-Solving - Incorporating SEO best practices into designs to enhance site performance and visibility.
- Adapting quickly to changing needs, creating fresh, innovative solutions that reflect Bloxley’s
vision.
What you’ll need
Design Expertise - Experience as a Web Designer, with a portfolio showcasing responsive and conversion-driven
websites.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how design impacts performance and rankings.
Motion & Interactive Design - Experience creating interactive web elements (e.g., hover effects, animations) to enhance user
engagement.
- Familiarity with motion tools to incorporate dynamic visuals.
Cross-Functional Design Skills - Ability to work collaboratively with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and
effectively.
- Experience designing with conversion funnels and marketing campaigns in mind.
Creative Problem-Solving - A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to enhance the user experience and meet marketing
objectives.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to iterate designs quickly based on feedback.
- A hunger to grow with Bloxley, solve challenges creatively, and contribute to a fast-paced,
ambitious team.
