We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Leveraged Finance Analyst to join our growing team at Augmentjobs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing and executing leveraged finance transactions including highyield bonds syndicated loans and structured credit. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in financial modeling and credit analysis for leveraged finance transactions.
Support the team in structuring and executing transactions in highyield debt and leveraged loans.
Perform industry and companyspecific research to evaluate market trends risks and opportunities.
Prepare presentations pitch materials and transaction documentation.
Assist in managing relationships with clients investors and other stakeholders.
Contribute to due diligence processes and evaluate business plans and financial projections.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance investment banking or a similar financial role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Knowledge of debt capital markets and leveraged finance products.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Skills:
Financial Modeling Ability to create analyze and manipulate complex financial models.
Credit Analysis Proficient in evaluating creditworthiness of corporations and assessing financial risks.
Valuation Techniques Knowledge of various methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF) comparable company analysis and precedent transaction analysis.
Debt Capital Markets Understanding of highyield bonds leveraged loans and structured finance products.
Market Research Skilled in gathering and analyzing industry data to identify trends and opportunities.
Financial Reporting Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to prepare reports for senior management and clients.
Communication Skills Excellent writing and speaking abilities to interact with internal teams and clients.
Attention to Detail Ability to work with high precision and accuracy in financial analyses and transaction execution.
Project Management Capable of managing multiple tasks meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth execution of projects.
