We are looking to add a critical role to our team to maintain the current system during the transition and lead the future administration of our Salesforce platform.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce environment. This role requires a proactive approach to customizing Salesforce to meet the organization’s evolving needs, particularly through the ongoing Portal transition. A background in .Net and Azure DevOps is highly desirable, as the successful candidate will need to bridge legacy and future systems during our transition phase.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, implementing automations (flows), security (permission sets, profiles, etc.), object and field configuration, and page configuration.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues with the customizations, automations, the integrations with 3rd party products (FormAssembly, Conga, Box.com), and Community/Experience platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to customize Salesforce to align with business requirements
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and other system metrics
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
  • Act as the primary technical liaison with third-party developers and support our Portal transition project
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and assist with user acceptance testing during deployment cycles
  • Provide ongoing support for our current .Net portal until the Salesforce transition is complete
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for deployment management and CI/CD practices, where applicable

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.
  • Experience developing enterprise, full lifecycle solutions in an Agile environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Experience in technical documentation creation and maintenance
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Technical understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Comfortable mastery of data migration and integration tools, such as Salesforce Data Loader.

  Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Advanced Administrator)
  • Background in .Net Core, C#, SQL, and experience with relational databases
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD practices
  • Experience in data modeling and integration between .Net applications and Salesforce environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Implementation experience with Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, bridging the Salesforce platform's requirements with legacy systems while focusing on continuous improvement. This role is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on ARC-PA’s digital environment by streamlining processes and ensuring the successful deployment of our new system.

Application:
Please send your resume and a cover letter in confidence for immediate consideration. We look forward to welcoming a driven professional to our growing team.
