Part-Time Nightclub Manager – Koreatown, Los Angeles

Location: Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA

Job Type: Part-Time (Friday & Saturday Nights Required; Some Weekday Shifts)

Pay Rate: $50/hour

We are a high-energy nightclub in the heart of Koreatown, Los Angeles, known for our vibrant atmosphere, top-tier DJs, and exclusive VIP experiences. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Part-Time Nightclub Manager to oversee nightly operations, ensure an outstanding guest experience, and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise nightly operations, ensuring smooth service and an energetic atmosphere.

• Manage and coordinate bartenders, servers, security, and promoters.

• Train and schedule staff to maintain excellent service standards.

• Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and venue policies.

• Handle VIP clients, customer concerns, and guest experience enhancements.

• Work with the marketing and promotions team to execute events and special nights.

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, DJs, and promoters.

• Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies as needed.

Schedule Expectations:

• Friday & Saturday nights required (late-night shifts).

• Additional shifts may be required on weekdays depending on events and business needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a nightclub, bar, or high-volume hospitality venue.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in event planning, promotions, and nightlife trends.

• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and financial reporting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, late-night environment.

• Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus, but not required.
