Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure graphic assets reflect the mission and vision, aligning with the organization's strategic goals.
Partner with internal teams to maintain a cohesive identity across various platforms, branding, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the team to create engaging graphic content for initiatives and campaigns, including:
Design visuals for online posts that resonate with target audiences and enhance message impact.
Assist in the creation of multimedia content such as short videos, podcasts, emails, newsletters, and annual reports.
Support the Director with organizing and maintaining a digital asset archive to ensure easy sharing and secure backups.
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and graphic design techniques.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the brand's identity and mission.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

A Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Proven experience working collaboratively within teams.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
Experience with multimedia content creation and social media platforms.
