We are looking for a Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant/Micros Symphony Key Operator who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage. Work authorization for this location is required .
Responsibilities
Provide clerical and Micros support to the Food & Beverage Front of House Managers while complying with all Four Seasons' policies .
Knowledge and Skills
Education:
High School education, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum one year hospitality scheduling or related work experience. Basic food and beverage knowledge is expected for this position. Prior experience programming Micros Symphony/EMC is essential. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
Skills & Abilities:
Requires a working knowledge of the Food & Beverage aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel. Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet. Requires knowledge of Micros Symphony, including EMC programming, at property expert level or higher. Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Hours Required
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
