Job Description

GCyber is seeking a Deskside Support Technician, to support a high profile DISA customer. You will be working with a team to provide end user support relative to software, hardware, and network assistance.

• Provide Tier 2 technical support, resolve customer issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Utilize ITIL best practices to enhance and optimize the services provided to end users.
• Develop and report on performance metrics, ensuring continuous service improvement and team feedback.
• Manage and optimize Service Desk resources, staff performance, and technical development.
• Coordinate with IT support teams to enhance service delivery and meet customer requirements.

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA – Security, CySA+. GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)
• Strong Customer service skills
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred.
