WFMS Select Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor

What does a Fiserv Customer Service Advisor do?
You will demonstrate your outstanding customer service, negotiation, and retention skills by providing superior support daily to clients on inbound and outbound calls. You will ensure coordination of operational efforts with the clients by establishing and maintaining a strong rapport, building trust, and conveying confidence and assurance in the quality of our products and services.

What you will do
o Handle inbound phone calls from Wells Fargo Bankers, Sales Consultants, Account Managers, and Merchants.
o Have full ownership to resolve or facilitate resolution of issues.
o Perform refund negotiations, rate reviews and pricing negotiations

What you need to have:
o 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
o High School Diploma or HS Equivalent required.

What would be great to have:
o Technical background helpful, not required, to assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
o MSA, Remedy, Client Line, Business Track, Merchant Manager, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and FDPOS knowledge helpful, not required.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.

Salary Range:

$36,200.00-$48,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
