Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our distribution operations and lead our warehouse team. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational management to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods for maximum efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners
• Analyze and improve operational metrics, including inventory accuracy, shipping times, and labor costs
• Develop and manage departmental budgets
• Maintain quality control standards and procedures
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse management experience
• Proven track record of team leadership and development
• Experience with health and safety regulations and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
