Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AI-powered vision systems, cameras, and networking components in real-time environments.
• Provide advanced support for network infrastructure, diagnosing connectivity and system integration issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 technicians, guiding them through complex technical challenges.
• Utilize cloud-based diagnostic tools to remotely analyze and resolve system performance issues.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers for advanced troubleshooting when necessary.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to improve efficiency and build a knowledge base.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends, to ensure system reliability during live events.
• Stay current with emerging AI, computer vision, and software platforms to enhance support capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Background in electronics, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical support or system troubleshooting, particularly in Tier 2 or similar roles.
• Proficiency with networking solutions in large-scale systems, AI-powered vision systems, and cloud-based tools.
• Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving issues in AI-driven applications and real-time environments.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, camera networks, and connected device infrastructures.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear guidance to support teams and collaborate with engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive issues, especially during live events.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
