Travel Surgical Tech - Hammond, LA

Pay Rate : $2,029.00 per week

Job Description

Join Advantage Medical Professionals as a Surgical Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Hammond, LA. This role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, including some on-call duties. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Surgical Tech to expand their skills while traveling.

Job Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 2 years as a Surgical Tech.
Specialties : Must have experience in all surgical specialties, including scrub tech, robotics, and cardiovascular surgeries.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
Monitor patient vital signs and provide critical care support during surgeries.
Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to facilitate a smooth surgical process.
Maintain accurate medical records and assist in data collection as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
