Are you a skilled technician with a passion for solving technical challenges? Our client, a renowned industry leader, is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join their team.

What You'll Do:

Technical Support: Provide on-site support for a variety of production equipment, including copiers, printers, and MFPs.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Installation: Install and configure new equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Customer Service: Interact with clients, providing training and support as needed.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.

What You'll Need:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in copier/printer service and repair.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of networking protocols (SMB, FTP, SNMP, SMTP) and troubleshooting techniques.
Problem-Solving: A keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50-80% of the time.
