Position: Senior Manager, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS)
Location: Stuttgart, AR
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $135,000 - $150,000 per year

Position Overview:
A leading industrial company in Stuttgart, AR, is seeking a Senior Manager of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) with strong industrial experience to build and lead its safety initiatives. This role is integral to advancing a high-caliber safety culture and ensuring full compliance with EHS regulations. Candidates must have significant experience interfacing with OSHA and a track record of effective leadership in industrial EHS settings.

Core Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

• Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead EHS teams, foster a safety-oriented culture, and drive team performance in alignment with corporate safety goals.
• Industrial Experience: A strong background in industrial settings is essential, ideally within manufacturing or heavy industry.
• OSHA Expertise: Proven experience working directly with OSHA regulations, including compliance management, reporting, and policy implementation.
• Stable Work History: Candidates should have consistent, long-term employment history without frequent job changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• EHS Program Leadership: Develop, manage, and enhance safety programs that comply with OSHA and other EHS regulations, tailored specifically to industrial operations.
• Risk Assessment: Lead risk assessments, applying a hands-on approach to proactively identify and address potential hazards.
• Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing EHS team and build a positive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
• Compliance and Standards: Maintain current knowledge of all relevant regulations, continuously adapting safety protocols and training programs to meet the latest OSHA and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification required.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of EHS experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role in an industrial setting.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and safety improvement initiatives.
