YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for the controlled implementation of new and existing IT solutions. As part of the delivery team, you will provide high-quality project management and implementation expertise to CEVA operations and its clients. This role involves implementing specialized IT solutions for the OMS and WMS used in operations and services provided to customers. You will need to adapt business requirements by analyzing processes in consultation with Business Development, Operations, and the client. Additionally, you will specify system development with functionalities, data, and interfaces. Your responsibilities will also include testing software, training colleagues, and supporting clients.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Undertake detailed project work, including business analysis, to meet project objectives.
• Generate specified project documentation to best practice quality standards, in line with CEVA Project Management Methodology standards.
• Prepare test plans and conduct system testing to professional quality standards.
• Support User Acceptance Testing with CEVA Operations and, at times, with the external customer.
• Perform implementation and post-implementation support tasks as required by the project.
• Maintain good ongoing working relationships with all customers and service providers as part of the day-to-day execution of project delivery.
• Provide logistics and systems consultancy to internal and external customers.
• Prepare and perform management presentations as required.
• Train key users within CEVA operations on the system and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a background in Business Analysis, Logistics, or IT, preferred or applicable experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a large international logistics environment.
• Experience with OMS and WMS applications (Blue Yonder Dispatcher / Discrete).
