Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA (must be onsite 3-days/week)
Hire Type: Contract (6+ months - eligible for extensions and full-time hire)
Compensation: $80/hour W2 + Benefits

Manager Notes:
Seeking a senior level Business Systems Analyst. Not expecting development skills but candidates should know the configuration and functionality of SAP S/4 and GIS systems. Will be the expert for SAP's geo-enable functions and extensions, will work with SAP vendor, the Odyssey S/4 program team, and internal Opus teams. Must have gas utility, SAP platform (preferably S/4) experience and strong communication and consulting skills.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (e.g., Geographical Information System)
* 5 years of senior-level experience in business application design, development, installation, and modification in an online environment
* Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures
* Proficient with SAP S4 integration with GIS and knowledge of SAP Spatial Asset Management
* Utilities industry experience is highly preferred
* Experience with developing/implementing solutions on ESRI ArcGIS platforms including FieldMaps
* Experience with ArcGIS Portal/Enterprise using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and REST APIs
* Experience with Mobile GIS field applications (Windows and iOS devices) using ArcGIS Runtime SDK
* Experience with ArcGIS desktop applications - ArcGIS Pro
* Experience in .NET framework, C#, Python using ESRI libraries and SQL
* Experience with spatial databases
* Experience with real-time GIS applications and spatial data visualization
* Knowledge of machine learning or AI as applied to geospatial datasets
* Experience in a production/service environment
* Working knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
