Job Title : Salesforce Program Manager
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end management of Salesforce programs, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for Salesforce implementations and upgrades.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor program performance and track KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular program updates and gathering feedback.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Define Salesforce program scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business strategies.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce platforms, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Drive the implementation of Salesforce best practices across the organization.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, analysts, and administrators.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment to achieve program objectives.
- Ensure the team follows agile/scrum methodologies to manage the delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and Salesforce consultants to ensure the timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate with external teams and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Evaluate and recommend process improvements for ongoing Salesforce development.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends to ensure the program evolves with the platform.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience managing large-scale Salesforce programs or projects.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Experience working with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.).
- Knowledge of data migration, integration tools, and APIs within the Salesforce environment.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
