As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they find the perfect Ford vehicle that meets their needs and lifestyle. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on Ford vehicles.
• Conduct test drives, present vehicle features, and highlight the benefits of Ford models.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Ford models, features, and automotive industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and other dealership departments to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• A passion for cars and a good understanding of the automotive market, specifically Ford vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
