Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Location: Cleveland, OH

Position Type: Full-time, W2.

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with experience in Tosca to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to software testing and quality assurance for our projects. Applicants should be willing to relocate for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create test plans and test cases that align with project goals.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality assurance activities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing insights and updates on testing progress and challenges.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and testing results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, with a strong focus on automated testing.
• Proven experience with Tosca for test automation and a solid understanding of its features and capabilities.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
