Job Description
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to support Operations for our Wireless Telecom Client. Candidates must have a strong financial background and strong organization skills. Key Responsibilities - Manage an entire program for the West region, driving results for key milestones tracked at a highly complex level.
- Plan, organize, and oversee processes, workflows, and training programs to ensure consistent adoption across district teams.
- Align regional efforts with national business priorities to ensure consistency in execution and reporting.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel as the primary tool for tracking progress and risks on project milestones, including creating pivot tables, applying formulas, and leveraging functions to manage and report data effectively.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams in engineering, permitting, construction operations, finance, and supply chain to achieve strategic objectives.
- Proactively identify risks, drive multiple conversations simultaneously, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress, highlight risks, and demonstrate results.
- Present updates and actionable insights to leadership with clarity and confidence.
