Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other relevant field.
No dental experience necessary.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
Proficient in MS Office, and business intelligence software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Must have a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Friendly personality with the ability to collaborate and work well with a team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Learn the recruiting system utilized for hiring all dental positions.
Conduct screening phone interviews to vet through prospective candidates and schedule qualified individuals per the client’s feedback.
Use alternative recruiting methods of outreach to source new candidates.
Coordinate with other team members on task delegation and prioritization.
Gather information and create templates for internal company use.
Research and learn about the dental industry from a business perspective.
Assist in projects such as event coordination, reorganizing/consolidating documents, conducting research, and creating marketing collateral.
