Location: Greater Johns Island, SC Area
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000/year + Performance Bonus

Based in the Mount Pleasant area, we are a close-knit team of 10 professionals who consider each other family. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage luxury custom home builds in the Greater Johns Island area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on-site and can manage complex custom projects from start to finish while embodying our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of custom luxury home construction, from site preparation to Certificate of Occupancy (CO).
  • Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and community members, representing our brand professionally and personably.
  • Utilize technology tools such as BuilderTrend and Microsoft Office for project planning, reporting, and communication.
  • Attend weekly team meetings at HQ in Mount Pleasant and provide regular progress updates to the Director of Construction. The rest of the week he will be travelling to your job sites.
  • Embrace and promote our culture of teamwork, fun, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of construction project management experience. Experience in luxury custom home building is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required if experience aligns with role needs.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation (Vehicle reimbursement)
  • Strong technical knowledge, especially in front-end site and foundation work.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex builds with patience and precision.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in BuilderTrend, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technologies.
  • Dog-friendly and willing to embrace the Lowcountry lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $85,000 - $110,000, based on experience.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus potential.
  • Stipends: $8,400 - $12,000/year for phone and travel expenses.
  • Vehicle Reimbursement: See above
