Position Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for various project management within the department of Pediatrics.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinates project/program management as assigned, including Monday.com collaborative systems and Workday system.
• Establishes milestones, management schedules, tracks progress and coordinates contributions within and beyond unit.
• Supports the research, clinical, and administrative areas of Pediatrics. Monday.com collaborative tracking program for the
• Develops tracking and initiates reports in Workday and Monday.com systems. Summarizes and disseminates results.
• Manages communications of projects to HR/Payroll Manager, Finance Director and Executive Director.
• Assists with Monday.com troubleshooting and implementation within Pediatric divisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
