Patient Access Operations Manager - Healthcare Administration

• Champion exceptional patient experience through AIDET methodology implementation
• Drive quality assurance initiatives across all registration functions
• Manage departmental KPIs, FTEs, and operating budgets
• Develop and mentor staff through regular meetings and training sessions
• Ensure operational excellence through hands-on registration support during peak periods
• Resolve patient concerns with prompt, professional attention
• Coordinate on-call coverage to maintain consistent service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Patient Access management experience in acute care settings
• Proven track record in healthcare operations management
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Excellence in team leadership and staff development
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement and quality management
