The RN Manager Oncology Infusion Center will report to the Oncology Director with responsibilities that include successful collaboration with interdisciplinary team to achieve shared goals, fostering positive and productive work environments, a commitment to supporting staff development, conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding, evaluating performance of staff, serving as a role model that demonstrates visibility and effective communication, participating in establishing financial plans and utilizing data for strategic recommendations, monitoring expenses and making adjustments accordingly, and ensuring staff compliance with maintaining licenses, certifications, and mandated learnings. Individuals earning quick interviews will be a Registered Nurse with some leadership experience.
