Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Developer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including custom workflows, plug-ins, and JavaScript integrations.
• Customize entities, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom applications using X++ (if working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) or C# for Dynamics CRM/CE.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and tools like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
• Configure Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps and Power BI, for extended functionalities.
• Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 applications and resolve issues in real time.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize code for better system performance.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure system quality and reliability.
• Create technical documentation, including workflows, system design specifications, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with established coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, CE, or F&O modules).
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK and tools such as XRMToolBox.
• Experience with Azure services like Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, and Functions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and reporting.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Developer Associate).
• Experience with Dynamics AX or Dynamics NAV is a plus.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or SSIS.
• Experience with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
