Marketing Associate Job Description The Marketing Associate supports the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives to promote products, services, or the overall brand. This role involves a mix of creativity, organization, and analytical skills to help drive business growth and brand awareness.
What you’ll do as a Marketing Associate: - Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Create and edit marketing content, including social media posts, emails, blogs, and promotional materials
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to inquiries and engaging with audiences
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate marketing efforts
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
- Support event planning and execution, such as trade shows, webinars, or product launches
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
What you’ll bring to the Marketing Associate role: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related role (entry-level candidates may also be considered)
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM - Wordpress preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content creation
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
