As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in trial preparation, legal research, and supporting attorneys to deliver outstanding results for clients.Key Responsibilities• Draft, file, and manage legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery• Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums and case summaries• Investigate facts, gather evidence, and prepare exhibits for trial• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, organize trial binders, and support during hearings and trials• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely task completionMinimum Qualifications• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)• Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA) preferred• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skillsCore Tools & Systems• Case management software (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther)• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)• e-Filing systems for court submissionsPreferred Skills• Prior courtroom or trial experience in personal injury cases• Familiarity with Texas court filing procedures• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced legal environmentLegal NoticeBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
