Do you want to work for the areas leading Building Services Provider? Are you seeking regular, steady part-time employment in the evenings with a growing and stable company? We are seeking Mature/Dependable candidates to fill evening cleaning-detail cleaning /Float positions working in office buildings, banks, warehouse located in the Medina, Wadsworth, Fairlawn, Montrose, Brunswick areas, Seville   and surrounding areas. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL TO ALL OF THESE LOCATIONS.  We are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately after passing a criminal background check. This is a Float position responsible for cleaning open sections in various accounts/buildings, drop off supplies, etc. Your hours will vary between 4-6 hours nightly (20-30 hours per week). Position is 5 Days a Week: Monday-Friday- starting at 6pm.

The starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour, traveling time is compensated. Floats also receive a Gas Card monthly.

You must have a valid drivers license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation to be considered for this position. Your daily work assignments/ locations will vary so you must be able to travel to various accounts on a nightly basis.  You must be available to work between the hours of 6:00pm until Midnight.

* Must not live more than 15-20 minutes from job's locations.

*Must be mature and dependable-excellent attendance required for this position

Requirements:

1). Criminal Background check required

2). Reliable Transportation

3). Valid Drivers License and clean driving record

4). Prior Housekeeping experience/ commercial cleaning experience preferred

5).  Drug Test Required
6.) Contractor badge required ($200 bonus)
