We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Insurance and Treatment Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for managing insurance processes and treatment coordination to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

Job Summary:

The Dental Insurance and Treatment Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dental insurance claims, treatment planning, and patient management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dentrix software and a strong background in handling dental insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance Management:
• Process and manage dental insurance claims from submission to follow-up.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Resolve insurance claim issues and denials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
• Treatment Coordination:
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the dental team.
• Communicate treatment options and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Manage patient records and treatment documentation using Dentrix software.
• Coordinate with patients to schedule and follow up on treatment appointments.
• Office Administration:
• Oversee and train staff in insurance and treatment-related procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Dentrix.
• Develop and maintain office policies related to insurance and treatment management.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns related to insurance and treatment in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a dental office management role with a focus on insurance and treatment coordination.
• Proficiency in Dentrix dental software.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance claims, billing procedures, and benefit verification.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
