Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information, answer questions, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Document and track customer interactions in the system
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to offer accurate support
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service and meet performance goals
• Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
