Human Resources Onboarding Specialist at Cedar Point summary:

As a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist at Cedar Point, you will facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. This role requires a strong emphasis on customer service and attention to detail, as you support a high-volume onboarding operation in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping others and capable of working with diverse teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Overview:

$15/hour

 

At Cedar Point, work is FUN! As a Human Resources Associate, you’ll assist new hires with their preboarding and onboarding processes while gaining knowledge in compliance. 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Works with high-volume on-boarding operations by reviewing I-9 documentation and on-boarding paperwork for accuracy and completion .
  • First point of contact to set up new and returning associates for a successful season with proper onboarding and orientation task completion with high level guest service.
  • Fast-paced, interactive HR role with strict deadlines and using multiple computer systems. Attention to detail is necessary!
  • Must have Strong Computer skills
