- Conduct tastings and experiments to ensure that each new addition to the menu is nothing short of culinary perfection and worthy of an Instagram shoutout.

- Keep a finger on the pulse of food trends and customer preferences, ensuring that our menu remains as fresh and exciting as our playlist.

- Work closely with management to develop strategies for promoting new menu items and driving sales, because let's face it, we're in the business of making mouths water and wallets open.
