Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: $27 to $36 per hour Job Description: As an Entry Level Communications Specialist at Ideaboxpro, you will support the development and execution of communication strategies to strengthen our brand’s presence. You will help manage internal and external communications, assist in content creation, and collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging. • Assist in the development of communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, and marketing content
• Support the coordination of social media and digital communication efforts
• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
• Provide administrative support to the communications team, including scheduling meetings and organizing events
• Monitor media coverage and assist in media relations efforts
• Collaborate with team members to support communication campaigns

Qualities We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creative and detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Eager to learn and grow in the field of communications
• No prior experience required, but internships or coursework in communications, marketing, or public relations are a plus
