Job Description:

Shine Social Brand is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Associate to support our communications team in Cincinnati. This role will focus on assisting with internal and external communication efforts, drafting content, and helping maintain consistent brand messaging across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of press releases and other public statements to ensure accurate and effective messaging.

  • Help prepare presentations and reports for meetings, ensuring clarity and brand alignment.

  • Maintain and update company documents, files, and communication logs.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including taking notes and distributing minutes.

  • Assist with event planning and logistics for company-hosted events and meetings.

  • Liaise with various departments to gather information for communication materials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • High attention to detail and a positive attitude.
