We are partnering with a leading eCommerce brand dedicated to delivering exceptional digital experiences and driving customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our clients' team and help optimize their email campaigns for maximum performance and revenue growth.

This is a contract-to-hire role and would require a hybrid capacity in Chicago. 

Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Build and optimize automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized email sequences
• Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, leveraging key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling email content that aligns with brand guidelines
• Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times for improved performance

Email Marketing Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within an eCommerce environment
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools
• Experience in eCommerce email marketing, including abandoned cart flows, upsells, and re-engagement campaigns
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integrating email strategies with broader marketing initiatives
• Experience working with SMS marketing in conjunction with email campaigns
