Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in maintaining safety standards, enforcing regulatory compliance, and supporting our drivers across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DOT regulations, vehicle safety standards, and driver training practices.

Responsibilities of a Driver Safety and Compliance Specialist:

• Monitor and enforce driver safety policies and procedures across assigned zTrip markets.
• Conduct regular safety audits, vehicle inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of driver certifications, background checks, drug testing, and training.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, including documentation and follow-up action plans.
• Stay up to date on all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Coordinate with local operations teams to ensure consistent implementation of safety standards.
• Assist in developing and delivering driver training programs.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, management, and regulatory agencies.
