We’re seeking a Direct Marketing Representative to join our Atlanta-based team. This role involves engaging directly with customers in a retail setting to promote our clients’ products and services. Whether you're just starting out or looking to pivot into a more rewarding career path, this sales-focused position offers hands-on experience, training, and a clear pathway to leadership.
Responsibilities:
Represent client brands at designated retail locations across Metro-Atlanta
Deliver tailored product presentations and drive sales through personalized customer interactions
Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and service upgrades
Track customer feedback and report on daily sales performance
Collaborate with team members and leadership to hit team sales goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, or related field
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
