Job Description

Zilka & Co. is in need of a CDL Class A Delivery Driver (Good home time).

• Responsible for delivering and unloading various food products to retail/wholesale customers.
• Full-time 4- 5 day work week.
• Local daily work from Hunker warehouse.

Applicant must be able to:

• Drive commercial trucks and trailers making route deliveries.
• Know DOT regulations.
• Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows.
• Work independently or with a Drivers Helper to unload products from the truck or trailer with the assistance of a Liftgate or electric Pallet Jack, by hand, or using a hand cart, and place them in designated customer storage areas.
• Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
• Able to stay out of town 1 night per week - Room and per diem pay added

Qualifications:

• Good work ethic, dependable.
• Great customer service skills.
• Ability to work and stay out of town for 1 night per week.
• Dependable transportation.
• Current commercial driver’s license Class A.
• Ability to Drive Standard transmission (10 Speed).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
