Job Title: Dashboard Communication Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Strong experience in marketing and communications with a focus on creating engaging content and managing communication strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel etc.) for creating professional documents and presentations.
• Experience with Adobe Products such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or InDesign for creating visual content.
• Experience in email marketing including the creation deployment and tracking of email campaigns.
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Teams Zoom or similar for hosting webinars meetings and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the education field particularly in supporting educational initiatives and projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Applications specifically Power BI for creating and supporting dashboard communications.
• Experience in video production/editing to create engaging video content for educational webinars or marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communications strategies to promote the TalentED Dashboard which provides continuous improvement data for LEAs (public school districts and charter schools) related to teacher hiring and retention.
• Create and deploy email newsletters webinars and written communications to inform LEAs about the dashboards development progress and to provide updates postlaunch.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging focusing on both preproduction and postlaunch communications for the TalentED Dashboard.
• Design and produce support materials (e.g. user guides FAQs) to assist endusers in effectively utilizing the dashboards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the TalentED Dashboard and other division projects receive the appropriate communications support.
• Manage additional communications and marketing requests to support similar projects within the division ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize virtual meeting platforms to host webinars training sessions or informational meetings related to the dashboards and other projects.
