Customer Service Representative job at HOUSEPRO Remote, US

Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening for Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the commercial real estate sector. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while delivering essential support to our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Showcasing property features to prospective clients
Assisting clients with rental processes and addressing their questions
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
Documenting and recording customer interactions for quality assurance purposes

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office
Candidates must be located within the United States
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
