Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by turning leads into lasting customer relationships. Your deep understanding of insurance products and industry trends will allow you to effectively communicate with clients, identify their needs, and offer solutions that bring maximum value.

Responsibilities
Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, ensuring regular follow-ups.
Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to recommend and sell policies to both new and existing clients.
Conduct needs-based reviews with customers to educate them on their insurance options.
Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and market the right products and services based on customer needs.
Provide exceptional customer experiences through consistent service and effective problem-solving.

Requirements
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license required
Prior experience in the insurance industry is essential
Passion for marketing products and services tailored to customer needs
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
People-oriented with a knack for building meaningful relationships
Detail-oriented and proactive in finding solutions
Willingness to learn new computer functions and systems
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
