Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a  "Customer Engagement Events Specialist "  based out of   Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). 

Job Duration:   Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Getting Conversion/Extension)

Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2

The Event Specialist is responsible for the Customer Engagement on the road and Indianapolis based event programs including, but not limited to the City Event, Roche on the Road, 360[view], and Product Experience programs. Responsible for managing and overseeing the planning and coordination to ensure a seamless event experience for our customers and internal Roche teams. This role requires excellent vendor management skills, event organization, and on-site support.

Preferred Experience:

Proficient in:

CVent, Salesforce, Google Suite, Zoom

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management, communications, business, or a comparable program preferred.
  
• Minimum of 2 years in Event Management Experience
  
• Must reside in the Indianapolis, IN area
  
• Hybrid position, requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the Indianapolis office.
  
• Position requires 25% travel
