Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per quarter 

 

We are seeking an Experienced MuleSoft Architect with 12+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in leadership, and possesses a passion for crafting innovative integration solutions. As a MuleSoft Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our enterprise integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and related technologies.
• Architect and implement scalable and secure integration solutions following SOA and API-driven methodologies.
• Drive the development of RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Train internal resources to establish in house MuleSoft competency and reduce reliance to external resources.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and Maven to support seamless application deployment.
• Set up and optimize API monitoring, logging, and analytics tools, including SUMO Logic and Splunk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analyses, and develop architectural designs.
• Implement security best practices, including CyberArk Conjur integration and LDAP/Client ID enforcement policies.
• Develop and monitor AnyPoint Platform environments (CloudHub, RTF) and VPC configurations.
• Spearhead API management strategies using tools like API Designer, API Exchange, and Cloud API Gateway.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Advanced certifications in MuleSoft or similar technologies are a plus.
• Desired Certifications:
o MuleSoft Certified Solution Design Specialist
o MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
o MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect
o MuleSoft Certified Developer Level-1 and Level-2
• Technical Proficiency:
o MuleSoft: Mule 3.x/4.x, Anypoint Platform, RTF, CloudHub
o Programming: Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Spring Boot
o Tools: GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS, Dynatrace
o Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Struts
o Databases: Oracle, MySQL, Postgres
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and team mentorship abilities.

Experience:
• Proven track record as an Architect, Technical Lead, or Integration Engineer.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end API lifecycle management.
• Hands-on expertise in DataWeave, SFTP, IBM MQ, Anypoint MQ, and API policy enforcement.
• Extensive experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications on both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade monitoring and alerting tools like PagerDuty and ServiceNow integration.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $122,500-$210,000  

Overtime eligible:  Exempt  

Discretionary bonus eligible:  Yes  

Sales bonus eligible:  No  

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
