Construction Senior Project Manager

Our client is a local commercial general contractor that has a great reputation in the area. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team immediately! They are built on trust and integrity and specialize on ground up diverse commercial construction projects. They want qualified individuals that can help them grow in the right direction. This position is open in a very unique sense so don't hesitate to apply for an opportunity to meet leadership!

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER:

· 4-5 years' experience in Senior role OR 9+ years in Project Manager position

· Diverse commercial construction experience (hospitality, higher ed, car dealerships, healthcare, industrial)

· Experience working for a general contractor or developer

· B.S. in Construction related field (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Can do attitude

· Ability to lead and manage a team

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time)
