Are you a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in custom commercial and residential construction? Are you ready to take the lead and run the show? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Position: Boutique Commercial and Custom Residential Project Executive

Responsibilities:

* Oversee all Project Managers and Superintendents, providing leadership and strategic direction.
* Ensure successful project delivery, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
* Maintain a 90% in-office presence, with occasional site visits (10%) to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

* 15+ years of experience in commercial and custom residential construction.
* Passion for custom construction.
* Proven track record of overseeing teams and successful project execution.
* Passion for custom construction in both commercial and residential sectors.

Key Requirements:

* Leadership skills to guide and mentor project managers and superintendents.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, boutique environment.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
