What To Expect
The Construction Project Manager, Factory Sustaining Projects will be responsible for managing construction projects within our manufacturing facility, ensuring the upkeep, expansion, and improvement of our factory infrastructure. The Sustaining Construction Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, complying with process and safety standards, and executing improvements without impacting production. What You'll Do Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple construction projects within the factory, ensuring timely completion and budget accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesPlan and execute major repairs of existing factory structures, equipment, and utilitiesEnsure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standardsDevelop and manage project budgets, providing accurate cost estimates and monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycleEvaluate contractor performance and negotiate contracts to achieve the best value for the organizationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings, then implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability
What You'll Bring Degree in Construction Management, or equivalent experienceProven experience in construction project management within manufacturing environmentsStrong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standardsExcellent leadership and communication skillsProficient in project management software and toolsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
