We are seeking a talented and passionate Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that effectively convey our organization’s mission, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders, including employees, partners, and the public. As a Communications Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all platforms.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and distribute high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and newsletters.
• Manage media relations, including drafting press releases and overseeing media inquiries.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across all departments.
• Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and brand representation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate or non-profit environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including content management systems and analytics software
