We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Communications Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's communication strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing communication initiatives that promote our brand, engage stakeholders, and foster positive relationships with the community. 

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Create clear and engaging content for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, press releases, and newsletters.
• Manage and promote internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including media contacts, to foster strong relationships and secure coverage for organizational initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and inform future initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce promotional materials and support organizational events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a communication role, preferably within a non-profit or corporate environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and communication tools.
• Experience in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and audience engagement.
