Position Details: Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Manhattan (Washington Heights)
Job Type: Fulltime
Shift: 730am-330 pm, 330pm-1130pm, 1130pm-730am
Requirements: - Active CNA certification from New York
- 6 months of experience within a skilled nursing setting
Job Description: - Endorses, interprets, and enforces the objectives and procedures of Isabella and the Nursing Department
- Plans, directs, coordinates, delegates, and evaluates the activities of all nursing personnel within assigned area
- Conducts daily resident rounds to observe and evaluate the physical and emotional status of each patient
- Reviews resident care plans for appropriate goals, problems, interventions, and revises as needed, based on identified nursing needs
- Ensures the continuity of resident care by informing supervisors and staff of patient status and related matters through written reports and verbal communication
- Conducts daily conferences with unit staff to review specific patient care, and to communicate and interpret recent policy and procedure changes.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
