Job Description

Flex position where drivers will be covering for call outs. Drivers should be comfortable with running both days and night and should have very flexible schedules.

Hiring Area

50-mile radius of Salina, KS

NE, KS, MO, CO, OK, IA

2,425 – 2,561 miles/week – 35 stops

• Varies Monday – Friday so drivers must be flexible. 
• Day Route: 10:00AM, 1:30PM, 3:30Pm and 5:00PM. These are all layover routes so they will be out two nights per week. Will vary on what nights are out overnight.
• Night Route: Typically leave out at 10PM and return the following morning
• We will not have drivers running day routes right after running a night

Driver should expect 2 layovers/week otherwise home daily

2020 and newer. Sleepers and straight trucks 

Driver will unload at Advanced and Car Quest stores using an electric pallet jack. Will have returns if needed.

65 pedal and cruise 

• New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 – Paid in full on second paycheck
• Referral Bonus: $3,000 – Paid out at $1,000 on second paycheck; $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days.

Stop pay: Stops 1-3 $17. 4+ stops $22

Delay pay: $17.00/hour

Onsite 

• 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience 
• Hazmat endorsement 
• Must be comfortable with driving at night
• Required to work the full work week in order to receive the guaranteed weekly minimum pay (will not receive guaranteed minimum if they take sick and/or vacation days)

No pets/passengers 

All Enter: 

$0.45 CPM
